The NX Report

The NX Report is comprised of four parts, and includes the key components of disclosure as it has been designated in California, Florida, New Jersey, Michigan Oklahoma, Nebraska, Massachusetts and Oregon. 

 

There is a preliminary affidavit that every student signs state the pro-form elements in the reporting as well as the indemnifications for what would be considered egregious oversight on behalf of the students. Conversely, the university presents a list of all the available resources through The NX report.

Errors and Omissions

The Xchange team has been developing disclosure products since 2006, as such, the report carries a $1,000,000 and omissions insurance policy which would also include the university as an additional insured party.
